Credit Card <\/b>payments have a processing fee of 2.6% + $.10 (swiped) or 3.5% + $.15 (hand keyed) per transaction. You can also pay via the \u201ccash\u201d app on your phone, for Free.\u00a0<\/p>

DHS payments are accepted; however, parents are responsible for the cost not covered by DHS to cover the total charges for care (co-payment). Parents are expected to pay half the weekly tuition until authorization and the first payment has been received from DHS. If after 14 days of care and approval has not been received, the parent is responsible to pay the total weekly tuition amount. Once payment is received from DHS, and is retroactive, your account will be credited, if applicable. If a family is denied DHS child care assistance, it is the parents\u2019 responsibility to
satisfy the account balance to continue care.

DHS\/CDC Payment Method
<\/b>If you are approved for DHS\/CDC payments please be mindful that you are responsible to pay child care for what is not an authorized activity. An authorized activity is what you submitted to DHS to be approved for child care subsidy. If it is found that you are dropping for care that is an
unauthorized activity and hours have been submitted to DHS\/CDC for payment you will be held accountable for those hours, repaying the funds back, and can lead to termination of care. Parents are more aware what is going on with their DHS case than the center is. It is the parent\u2019s responsibility to communicate when they are no longer eligible for DHS\/CDC subsidy. Once a parent is no longer eligible, they must pay their account to balance within 7 days. Failure to bring account to balance will cause for dismissal of care until balance is paid.<\/p>

*Please note that the percentage that you are approved through DHS is the percentage of the
State hourly rate they will subsidize towards care; for an example the state hourly rate for an
infant is $3.75 per hour, if you are approved for 100%, they will subsidize $3.75 per hour, for this location. In most cases it does not cover all of your child care cost and you will be\u00a0<\/i>responsible for a weekly co- payment.<\/i><\/p>

Signing up Under a Special
<\/b>If you enrolled under a special advertising rate, no other discounts will count towards your account when the advertisement discounted rate is active.
