Latch Key
Before school care (up to 2 hours per day) $8 per day; After school care (up to 3 hours per day) $12 per day. DHS covers $3.75 per hour.
*A full day is up to 9 hours (with occasional 10 hours), and half day is up to 5 hours (with occasional 6 hours) of care (this includes traveling time). All schedules are to be completed and submitted no later than the Thursday, before the week of care, for the center to ensure care coverage is schedule accordingly. If a schedule is not provided, your child will not be included in the coverage planning for that care week. When discussed in advance, you can extend your care time for $6 per hour, but cannot exceed 11 hours in a day, except for special circumstances and advance request. If you exceed the 9 or 5 hours per day more than once per week, you will be charged.
For special circumstances and advance approval, if care exceeds 12 hours in a day, an additional half of a day rate will be charged, per child. But time shall not exceed 13 hours in a day, unless you are a hospital, police office, fire fighter, etc. and work 12 hour shifts that is not usually a daily requirement.
